Some NIS 2009 Functionality questions

Guys/Gals i'm currently trying out NIS 2009 trial and so far i'm loving it. Last AV product i was using was Kaspersky. I have some questions about functionality. Does NIS 2009 have the following functionality:

1) Scan for vulnerable applications and report it to you? For example kaspersky detected i was using an old version of java that had some type of vulnerability in it and advised me to update to the lastest version. Hopefully NIS has this feature. Its something i would really miss

2) Scans HTTP Traffic. Kaspersky (and nod32 if i remember correctly) have a feature where they scan HTTP traffic and don't wait for a actually file to be saved to your system before it reports a virus. So in most cases a file never even gets saved to the file system which is how most people get viruses on their system (malicious scripts on web sites).

3) Kaspersky lets you upgrade to the newest version so long as your subscription has not expired yet. So the current version is 2009 and if 2010 comes out and your not expired then you can upgrade to the newest version. Does norton allow this too?

thanks for the help,
