Some questions about Time Control

Hi,

I've just moved to using Norton Family from another vendor and have some questions about Time Control.

1. In the Web Portal it's possible to see a summary of how much time the children have left. However, at the high level this is only showed on a weekly basis, which is not really helpful. Is there a way to change the default for this from "7 Days" to "Today" without having to click on "Details" and then "Today" - every single time you need to check on how much time the children have left.

2. When the children's daily time limit is up they can request more time, which is fine. But is there a way for the parent to quickly give them some extra time without the child having to manually request this first?

Would it be possible to make some kind of Request for Change (RfC) for these two functionalities?

Because these are actions you as a parent perform several times every day it should be fairly easy to get them approved by product management...

1. We currently do not have time filters in dashboard view to switch from "Last 7 days" to "today". However, I suggest you to bookmark the detailed view URL to directly land in the page.

2. This is currently unavailable. However, you can adjust the allowed time limits if you expect child needs more time on the device. Please follow this help link for the same.
