Something I came across in my Signature Exclusions List, while setting up another computer rig and double checking my settings from my main rig...
A listing for: VID: 4294924811
This entry was not added by me to my main rig which is why it took me back abit really...the "VID" is a Hardware or driver id if I am correct? I've been building computers for a while now but rarely have I had to deal with hardware IDs and 99% of the time the builds are quick and easy enough that you just install the OS, drivers and any software needed and set them up and BOOM your done.
Could someone point me in the direction of tracking this "VID" down??? I realize that the "number" is probably not as pertinent due to different hardware will assign different addresses to different builds, but an easy way of locating either a log file or listing file that'll help in figuring this out?
Any help would be most appreciated.
