Just purchased/upgraded my norton backup. Now when I log to the site i get this message "Something went wrong."
I did have a trial a few months back - dont know if that matters.

This can also happen if your internet is timed out ie taking way to long to connect with Norton server the issue persists even after waiting for 24hrs, Delete cookies and temporary Internet files.you can find the steps over here in Microsoft link.
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/Delete-temporary-Internet-files
If still there's a problem then try reset Internet Explorer settings.

Sometime this can also happen if your security program is blocking Norton-Online-Backup.also try by disabling your security program's.Hope this fix your problem.

Now Im seeing "Nobu is busy doing maintenance." this has been for the last 4 days. awful.
I'm having the same issues. I've tried all of the above, and all of the standard stuff, to fix this myself. Clearly, it is a Norton issue. I guess all we can do is wait to see if anyone pays attention.
All: This worked for me today, with an issue where, using Chrome extensions on the Opera GX browser (my default in Windows 10). Corrected the issue where with the VPN ENABLED I would get an error in the lower right system tray.
I manually deleted ALL the files and folders in my user account temp folder. Then removed ALL the remnant files in the PUBLIC USER downloads directory. Rebooted. Password manager now allows vault login WITH the VPN enabled. Please advise if this helps with any of your problems.
Cheers
When I enable Secure VPN prior to opening a Firefox browser session, I am unable to open Password Manager (get the Sorry, Something Went Wrong error box). I can only open PWM if I first disable VPN. I have removed files using File Cleanup, removed and reinstalled Norton using NRT, and removed and reinstalled the Firefox extension with no resolution to the problem Several chat sessions with Norton provides no solution, just "close your browser and restart your computer". This issue appears on several of my devices, so it's not isolated to one device.
Morning everyone,
I am facing a similar problem with my newly upgraded Norton 360; the password manager won't set up the password vault, but instead, after I've installed the extension, logged in to my Norton account, entered my master password and hint, this error message appears "Sorry, something went wrong, please try again."
My Windows 10 32 bit version is 1909 (OS build 18363.592)
Password manager version is 6.6.3.5
Browser is Firefox version 72.0.1 32 bit
Tried to set up the password vault with Google Chrome after installing extension, and the same less than helpful error message appeared. ("Sorry, something went wrong, please try again".)
(Is there a better error message logged in Norton 360 somewhere, that I can copy and send in to the support people?)
Chrome version 79.0.3945.130 (Official Build) (32-bit)
Password manager version is 6.6.3.5
If more info is required, let me know.
Hope this helps,
Kind regards,
Roger Valmadre.
