Sonar Advanced Protection not turned on

I ran system restore yesterday and am now getting a message saying "Sonar Advanced Protection not turned on".  I ran a security 'fix now' but it says it is not fixed.  What happened??  I am running Windows 7.  HELP!!!  Thanks!
