While working on a new version of one of my company's products, we found that SONAR incorrectly flagged it as a virus ('high threat') and automatically quarantined it. Who should we contact to have this corrected before we release?

Welcome to the Norton Community. Which Norton product do you have? Depending on which product you have you can tell Norton not to do anything further with the file. This might help until such time as Symantec makes adjustments so that it will no longer be recognized as a threat.
