Sonar Problem

Hi All

 

 

I have a problem with sonar protection.Sonar is deleting my exe files.

I have a setup file of my product.I have install the my setup(Install Shield Setup) on client computer.at this time sonar will not remove any file.but when i run my exe then sonar will remove my exe.

What is real problem

Can you try adding the file to the Scan and Auto-protect exclusion list? You can find the steps in the following Knowledge Base article:

Open NIS > Settings > Exclude from Auto-Protect, SONAR and Download Intelligence Detection > configure

Have you entered the folder here and clicked on subfolders? If folders aren't involved have you entered the program names and extensions?
