I have read the older threads/post of this problem and tried to resolve it without any luck.
After some minutes when the boot sequence is finished, Sonar protection is off with error 3039,65555.
The Autofix function cannot solve the problem.
The remove and reinstall procedure cannot fix the problem.
I've even tried to use the SymNRA application, but it crashed just after creating the zip file to be sent.
MSXML 3.0 solution described here (https://www-secure.symantec.com/norton-support/jsp/help-solutions.jsp?docid=kb20100817123209EN_EndUserProfile_en_us&lg=english&ct=asia+pacific&product=home&version=1&pvid=f-home&entsrc=redirect_pubweb ) was followed, but SONAR problem still exists.
The PC having this error has not any hardware failures, double checked (memtest, chkdsk etc).
Please help me to resolve this error.
