Have read the posts. And tried installs (latest NAV2010 pgm) and uninstalls (latest uninstall tool) MANY MANY times and still can NOT install NAV2010's Sonar Protection.
I have tried most everything except to uninstall the product and use another AV product which will install and NOT give me a big headache!! I need an expert....a very SENIOR tech to help with this problem, please.
Suggestions? I am computer literate. I can work on the registry. As a fact, I went through the registry before one of the installs and deleted any reference to Symantec AND Norton.
I must consdier this a buggy piece of software if this will not install on this machine.
Do you have any "TOOLS" available to FIX this install problem????
