SONAR security risk

I keep getting a security risk alert from SONAR for a program that I just updated to the new version. The program I am using is called DDOCharGen.exe the version I was using was 3.5.1 and upgraded to 3.7.2. 3.5.1 worked just fine and never had any alerts from Norton before and I had used the program extensively. I downloaded the update from the author's site which is where I received version 3.5.1. With the alert that SONAR is giving me all it tells me that the program is a high risk file. This is the log that SONAR gives me in response to asking about the file. So I'm wondering if the new version has a virus or is SONAR just being over protective.
