Tried repeatedly looging in, tried on different browsers. when I get to accept terms it just hangs for ages before an error comes up. Click on contact us and only option to contact you is forum. register for forum and could not submit a comment for ages. Seems I am blocked at every opportunity. Did more googling to find it might be some sort of spam defence but not all people that will have a problem will have registered already! What is the point in the email verification if I have to wait 30 mins to post an error which is the only way of contacting you. A very poor customer experience so far! Very very frustrating. I've spent an hour on something that should have taken less than 15 mins!
Also looking at google it looks like this is not the first time this issue has been experienced although it seems to be a generic error not just on your website but coming up in the software as well?
