Please advise on what I should do to be able to log in.

Hello,

I am receiving the same error message for the last 2 days.

I contacted the support via chat after going back and forth for an hour they finally put me on hold and said that it was a server problem and to try again in 24 hrs. It has been 48 hrs and it still does not work. Please help.  My son really needs me to update the rules for a school project.

I normally really like Norton family I was even thinking of upgrading to premier but now with this....  I guess I will wait and see how long it takes to fix the problem.

BTW my case number from the chat session with the support is

case number
05976576

Thanks

Ken

Yes, It has been like that for a few days. But it is not the only problem. It gives me the PC is part of another account. Etc. Etc.  I can not change the settings, increase the time. My kid is crying. We are on Holiday, nice job.  It seems like NORTON has an incompetent engineering. I guess we should try another program. Does anybody have any suggestion I would like to test it out.

I would also like to hear suggestions for another product.  This is rediculous---3 days of outage from a company whose main business is to provide utilitites to keep our computers running???  A joke.  I hope they'll give me a refund, but if not it's still not worth it having parental controls which are blocking NOTHING right now.  It makes my childrens' computers completely unusable and a waste of much more money than this very poor service...

Can you give us an update?  I can't believe it is still down, I am still getting this error message 5 days after you said you were "working on it."

I'm testing "Family Safety" is phenomenal Windows and can be administered via the web and are more professional look better than Norton.

SOLUTION: Start, Control Panel, Add Remove Programs, uninstall NOF ...!!
throw it away...!!!
