"Sorry, an error has occurred on the website" message for one week now

I have been getting a "Sorry, an error has occurred on the website" message whenever I try to login for nearly a week now.  This happens regardless of the device I use or the browser type.  I have been told by Katie that the team is "working on it."  This is getting a bit ridiculous and is incredibly poor customer service.  Can anybody help with this?  Several other people have experienced this problem and it has been resolved fairly quickly.   For some reason, they seem to be unable to resolve it for me.  Help!
