SOS! VERY UNHAPPY WITH NORTON! IT'S FINALS WEEK!

My computer came to a screeching halt over a week ago.  It would not let me reinstall my Norton 360.  I had to install a second subscription, Internet Security 2012.  It failed!  I finally was able to reinstall Norton 360!  It had me down load the Norton Uninstaller because of corrupt files.  Still no support!  I have sent please grams, nasty grams, and got no return. NO SUPPORT?   I never received one since email, call, nothing.....from support.  All I could get was the automated support, which I went in circles with for days to no avail.  You cancelled my PAID Virus Assurance Subscription, which I purchased with a three year subscription of 360 for 3 computers and have a subscription for 3 computer for Norton Internet 2012.  No notice, No support, No nothing.  Now I still have problems. 

 

What has it cost me?  A 30 page term paper that was due Sunday!  A one terabyte harddrive!  A ton of files!  and all my faith in your organization.  I have been a faithful customer.  I just don't get it!  You deserted me when I needed you the most!  Now, I have to limp this computer through to the end of the week and pray that my professor with let me submit a half written paper so that I don't fail.  That really hurts when you are an honors student.  WHAT HAPPENED TO NORTON'S SUPPORT?  DO I HAVE SUPPORT OR DO I NEED TO PURCHASE ANOTHER PLAN FOR MY FAMILY ELSEWHERE?  I DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO!  I AM GIVING YOU THE BENEFIT OF A DOUBT OR GIVE ME A REFUND PLEASE.  THIS HAS BEEN A VERY NEGATIVE AND COSTLY EXPERIENCE FOR ME.
