I purchased Norton Mobile Security because I thought it has a spam blocker. Unfortunately, I don't see that it does. Am I missing something?

If you are referring to email spams, then Norton Mobile Security does not have spam blocking features. However, using the Call & SMS Blocking feature, you can block unwanted text messages (SMS) from specific contacts.
