There is no specific program that blocks spam for webmail. If your webmail is provided by your ISP, they usually have a spam detector. Are you having a problem with spam being sent out by your webmail?

I believe it would be my ISP.  The spam that is in my webmail doesn't download into my outlook email thanks to Norton spam blocker.  I don't know if I should download my ISP's internet security/anti virus product to see if that will work as it might interfere with Norton.

You can not try your ISP's security program as long as NIS is installed. If you do, then you would have 2 antivirus programs running at the same time . This would cause many problems as far as neither product would be doing a good job and would be fighting with each other.

 

What you can do is to turn on your ISP's spam detector if they have one and if you can configure it to let you see what goes into that so that move any legit emails to your Outlook then. If you can do this, then  you can disable all the items having to do with anti-spam in your setttings. Thanks.
