SPAM Control

I recently installed 360 and began using the SPAM package. I have set “block” when I identify a SPAM email, yet there are some emails that come in over and over and each time I identify it as a SPAM email and expect that the next time it comes it it will be automatically moved to the JUNK folder. Yet, for some emails it doesn’t do this. Why?

What email client are you using?

 

Do you now or have you ever had another security program on your computer? If so, you will have to remove it with the removal tool for that program.
