Spam filter option missing from Outlook Express 6

I'm just wondering what happened to the option for marking a message as spam in OE6 with WinXP SP3 since it seems to have disappeared in the last update.  Also...when will it be back?  Lately I've been getting tons of spam when I never used to and have relied heavily on this feature.
