To protect myself from Spam, I usually use different disposable email addresses for every website where I need to register. So when I do get spam, I can spot from which website my email was taken.
This morning I received two pharmacy type emails using the email I used to register NIS and my Norton account! This is troubling, as it implies that this email was captured from the Norton servers, possibly when i registered a new product recently.
I will change the email in my Norton account and see what happens.
