Spam Not going to Junk folder in Outlook

The issue I was reporting on was specific to Outlook 2007 and NIS 2010.  I solved my problem by creating a rule.  I am not sure if that is the right solution but I don''t have time to reintall Norton.  I don't get that much spam so my issue is resolved.

The rule that I've seen, and have recreated, does exists using NIS 2010 with Outlook Express.  It also exists using Outlook 2002 with NIS 2005.

Hi cowchipstuff,

I wasn't questioning your solution but only trying to understand why you are seeing something different than I am. :smileywink:

So you do have the full version of Outlook 2007? If so then I want to raise the question to Symantec so that I can understand if it is supposed to be there in order for Norton Antispam to work properly. Or if indeed it should be specific to OE.

This also allows me to better deal with problems reported by other users. I'm left a little confused since I have never had this rule in Outlook 2007 and Norton Antispam has always worked for me.

Thanks and best wishes. :smileyhappy:
