Since upgrading to NIC 2010 I have seen a tremendous increase in missed spam mail (running Win XP). The spam that is identified is going to correct spam folder. I have done feed back to Norton's on missed spam before I remove it manually. Before NIC 2010 the spam filtering was fantastic. On the computer I have using NIC 2009 it still is. There is also the problem that NIC 2010 does no filtering at all on my computers with WIN 7.
