Since I have paid my $150.00 for help with a virus, and since I have been given a priority ID #, how do I actually get the service I paid for? I have been on hold for almost 2 hours.....this is ridiculous.
I called in again on a separate phone, and was given some excuse about the phones being very busy due to a system error, and that I would be put in a priority queue. I asked how long that wait would be, and was told 10 minutes. That was 30 minutes ago.
Help!
