Specific Web Sites to BLOCK or ALLOW will not save

All latest NOF updates installed

NOF (child's) computer - Windows XP SP3

Gatekeeper1 computer - Windows 7

 

1.  in web settings - Unable to save Specific Web Sites to BLOCK or ALLOW.  Web site is accepted to list and shows at end of list as green.  Click on save and web site apparently saves (number of saved sites increased by 1).  Leave SETTINGS and return to ACTIVITY, then return to SETTINGS, and number of saved sites is back to original and latest addition no longer shows in list.  I tried this several times.  Same result.  See Attachment (NOF 00A).

 

2.  List of Specific Web Sites to BLOCK or ALLOW no longer listed in alphabetical order.  Please fix.

 

3.  Also when clicking SAVE for "Allow your child to view all content on this web site" does not work either (in ACTIVITY).  See Attachment (NOF 00B).

P.S. - Problem still exists. 

 

As before,  I add an allowed website and clicked SAVE. 

New allowed website apparently added and saved until I leave 'Web Site Settings' and return. 

 

Added allowed website gone.

 

Note:  Do not need to leave MANAGE SETTINGS  (simply leave 'Web Site Settings' to 'Search Settings' and return.

 

Any ideas?
