This is not a new problem for some, but I can't find the solution. It seems an update of 360 is now causing Spotify and Skype to be blocked. If I disable smart Firewall then Spotify works.
On going in to the Firewall settings Program rules is empty and I can make no changes here or on any of the other settings tabs. Help!
