Spouse getting email from Norton that subscription expired though I purchased & activated 360 5.0

My husband is getting an email message from Norton that our subscription expired a couple of weeks ago, though we purchased and activated an update of Norton 360, Version 5.0 before the expiration date. 

 

Could this be because his email address was the one previously entered, and this time I did the activation with my email address?  Or because we may have switched from an earlier version to 5.0?  The software currently seems to be active and working properly.

 

Any ideas about how to get these messages to stop coming to his email?  I can't seem to get through to Nathan.
