Ok hopefully someone out there can help me find what I am looking for I was running Malwarebytes tonight and it found something called Relevant Knowledge on my computer so I did a search on it and found out that it was Spyware and not something New with Windows 7 so I had Malwarebytes remove it
My problem is I lost the page on Symantec Web Site about how to remove Relevant Knowledge from the Windows Registery I found it on other sites but not as detailed as the way Symantec tells you to do things when it comes to removeal of things in the registery
Can somebody please give me the link on Symantec Site on how to remove Relevant Knowledge from the Windows Registery I have spent the last 2 hrs on there site and I can't find it again if someone could just give me the link to that page that tell me how to remove it from the registery I would be very greatful

This looks like one of those nasty Mis-leading Applications.
Have you Completed a Full System Scan with Norton and Malwarebytes' in Safe Mode? Also, what is your Norton Product and Version?
