i have www.istart.websearches.com in my internet explorer browser and i can not erase it. it is not shown in control panel-programs and features, i remove it from the tools-search defaults, i reset internet explorer settings but it is always there when i open the internet, even norton power eraser can not locate it and erase it. i want some help please
