Hi guys...I keep getting a pop up saying that a file cannot be verified as trustworthy. It is usually when I open up a program such as Firefox. I have ran a full system scan with no issues found but still get the message. The pop up says "Full Path: c:\ProgramData\Norton\{0C55C096-0F1D-4F28-AAA2-85EF591126E7}\Srtsp\SrtETmp\3C367997.TMP" I also can't access the folder. Is this a Symantec file? Insight says it's a download file and it's getting annoying it keeps popping up. I tried to contact chat but no answer after a few hours waiting. The chat window also appeared to fix an installation problem but the attempt to download persists. I am running Norton 360 on Vista. Any ideas much appreciated.. Cheers
