I have been getting the BSOD when I try to access my optical drive (CD/DVD reader). In addition, when I try to either delete files through a utility or an Office 2003 program, it crashes. I used a program called Whocrashed to assess the problem. I have included their report below. I am using NIS 2009 with the latest version. Can I just copy the file into the folder to resolve the issue or would a reinstall be a better option? If I must reinstall, would I have to completely remove the original NIS 2009 first?
