Standig neu bei VPN anmelden

Seit einiger Zeit muss ich mich trotz abo bei vpn anmelden wäre ja kein Problem aber das geht teilweise bis zu 10 Mal bis ich das ich mich da einloggen kann weil ich ständig wieder auf die Hauptseite geladen werde und das nervt weil man dafür teilweiser keine Zeit und Lust hat

Are you using the Standalone Norton Secure VPN app, or the VPN feature in Norton 360 Android?

Are you able to sign into your Norton Account from a browser  at   https://my.norton.com ?
