I have been trying to enroll my 2nd daughter into benefits junior and continue to get message unable to complete " daughters name" enrollment please contact member services. status code 200.60010. I have had constant conversations with lifelock since January… so been dealing with this for now 3 months. No resolution and constantly forwarded back and forth from customer service to member service. HELP ME.

I have the same problem…cannot get my active Lifelock subscription enrollment completed with status code200.60010. I have been waiting for my escalated case number for a week with no follow up. I tried various times with chat/someone remoting in only to not be able to assist, with my case supposedly escalated twice with no Norton follow up. I unfroze my credit with the 3 bureaus required for this product and don’t like it unfrozen. Please Help!
