It is nothing to worry about.
If you want to check what it is, although I do not know if it will be here although it should be, follows these instructions:
01. Open Norton Product > View History (you can also access this on the Activity Log too).
02. Open Norton Product > Norton Internet Security Tab > Settings > Norton Internet Securty Options > Firewall > Program Control.
What it means that it has Created Rules to monitor that Application and it has set-up Firewall Rules to let you use this Application and it will only let Traffic from this Application Run and, should any activity that should not be there while you are using the Application, it will Block this. Also uses Ports that work best with your computer, although some Applictions use the same Port(s) on every computer.
Again, it is nothing to worry about.
Hope this helps!
When I checked the history after doing a full system scan with NAV2008, there was one marked: firewall rules were automatically created for file transfrer program. Status: protected. Anyone tell me what this means.
I had something like taht too where it allowed a certain IP address to access my computer. I never set that up and just assumed that the Norton Program knew best
