It's been weeks, and I still can't access Online Family from within NIS 2012. I continue to get the "Internal server error" message.Yes, I know I can access it outside of NIS by jumping out of the product and going directly to the onlinefamily.norton.com site.
But really, Norton, do you think one of your "genuises" like young Ramesh, Najib, or Ashwini can figure this out over the next 3 or 4 months? I mean, it's only your own product or server they have to debug.
In the meantime, you clowns continue to look like fools. So I guess there really is a silver lining to every cloud, eh?
