I had the security tool virus, purchased Norton Internet Security 2011, and with difficulty, was able to get it setup and run a full scan. It removed a virus file but I am still having problems. Upon startup I get a popup message which states that windows blocked some applications that require permission to open and then I get the blue screen with a timer that counts up to 100 and the computer restarts. I can only run it in safe mode. Any idea what this problem is?
This is 1.5 year old Dell desktop computer running Vista.
