Still no Joy After Following Yvonne's Instructions

I am still unable to complete the installation of NF.  I have uninstalled NF.  I have updated to the latest N360.  I have reinstalled NF.  After a restart NF pops up a window "Parent Sign In".

 

If I enter an invalid password in the Parent Signin Screen after re-installing NF I get:  "Error: Parent email or password is incorrect."

 

If I enter a valid password in the Parent Signin Screen after re-installing NF I get:  "Authentication failed. Verify your email address, password and internet connection, and then try again."

 

My internet connection is working fine as I'm using it to post this message.  My login credentials are fine too as I can also log into the NF admin pages.

Thank you very much for the update.  The instructions that Yvonne sent are for the users without internet connectivity (not able to access internet at all), not for the issue being unable to log onto Norton Family online, which is a known issue and the team is currently working on a solution to resolve it.
