I just sent an email request to test my site sooner rather than later. I verified ownership almost exactly one month ago for yourvirtualsherpa.com and it seems your customers have to often post here to get the process running.
I also have found that when I go to the Site Dispute page that the Help instructions say that I should have a prompt to "Rate my Site" next to my domain name, I have no such option.
