Not sure if this is the right place to ask this, so apologies if not.
Our product sends emails with links for the user to take certain actions, but some customers are reporting that the "link is being clicked without them clicking it". From looking into it, it seems to be the case that messagelabs is link-crawling the email, and this is then causing the issue. Is it possible to configure messagelabs to filter certain emails, or is there something you can set in the email to prevent this from happening?
