For some reason, just in the last few days, every time I start my PC, the "You are protected" screen opens. I neither need nor want it! I went into Settings/Administrative Settings, and almost everything is off, but it still appears. What can I do to stop it?
Per a chat with Norton at 11:30 PDT: "Richard, I would like to inform you that there is a technical issue going on the Norton server , you don't have to worry about it .Our dedicated team is working on it and the issue will be resolved within few hours." We'll see!
