Norton 360 has stopped running on a Win 7 machine. It used to start when the machine was booted. Now it doesn't start automatically and clicking on it in the windows start menu has no effect
running the auto fix may help, in classic mode top right click help
on left click get support
windows 7 maybe getting phased out sooner or later so that maybe the issue at some point, i havent looked in awhile to see what is still supported
Thanks for the quick reply but that isn't the issue. SP1 was installed years ago and Norton has been running fine for years as well. It just stopped yesterday and I haven't been able to restart it even after rebooting the computer. I guess if no one has a better idea I will remove and then reinstall Norton
you just need windows 7 sp1 then it should work
