Norton 360 has created a virtual drive in My Computer named "Norton Backup Drive". Looks like, its similar to Acronis Secure Zone.
From which physical drive/location, Norton Backup Drive is allocated for physical space? And, how can I change this space allocation?

it do not allocates any space on your drive(s) :). It only creates a virtual "browser" for the files you backed up to Drive X:.
The size will only grow if the backup is done again, and only to the drive you set.
How does it track all files I backed up to different locations not attached with it? What if I backup to removable external hard disk?
I don't know all the details, but it can show you all the files it can access: local backup files and the online storage if it is available. With removable drives I think the same, it will show that there's something on it, but will not be able to get more info unless you attach the drive.
