Today I uninstalled NIS09 my girlfriend's computer using the NRT, then I used ccleaner and did cleaning, but keeps the text document with the original product key. Then, when she agreed to his e-mail and to re-enter our passwords in identity safe, NIS09 warned that there were sessions stored for those emails. ¿?¿?¿?
I wonder how this happened. The only explanation I can think, is that exists a hidden folder from previous identity safe remain in the system, and to reactivate with the same password all the old content was stored is now displayed again.
May be that my assumption is wrong, and the answer to this mystery is different? The truth is that I find this event very strange...
