Hello all: My mom’s computer is having strange issues with Norton all of a sudden. The icon in the task bar shows a green check mark. However, when I open Norton, where it shows the date of the last scan, it says “not completed” and where it has last live update info, it says “not available” When I went into the performance tab, the graph showing CPU and Norton activity is completely empty. I did a quick scan, which Norton said completed successfully (removing two tracking cookies). I went back into the performance tab, and there is no record of the quick scan being completed and the main page still indicates last scan date “not completed” I then manually ran live update. It downloaded 188 MB, but the update for web protection updates failed. I have rum LU a few times in the lasr hour, every time having web protection definitions fail. The main page still shows “not available” for last LU. I manually ran LU on my system and everything updated without issue.
