On the connecyion logs from my NAV2008 I found the following strange entry
outbound connection
8:59am ncw-00.webcaller-id.com
when I google this I do not find anything that makes sense. Anyone ever run across this?

so its cool (legit) that it dialed out without me initiating?
That is why the IP address 216.10.192.110 when looked up on whois is connected with (in a range for ) symantec corp?
1. Since that is part of the idle time background tasks it doesn't require the user to initiate it.
2. That would be why the address would be to Symantec range
