Hello Community! I'm a italian user norton antivirus 2013 for 6 months on promotion activated on the web, scuse me for my poor english,however; i've a problem with the software and service write in subject message.
I've contact the support in chat but not resolved this anomaly for me, i hope you can help me,because when star for example iobit with the scan for cleaning privacy policy or repair register,see on the history, ascservice.exe blocked... why?? the software not problem function,I can not explain.

I've established on the real time protection on the sonar for escluse this software and the services, but not function.
ps: why online armor firewall free( only firewall) conflict norton antivirus?? the support said firewall online armor conflict with my antivirus(i've only the norton antivirus,not suite) ?
i've used the firewall windows 7, but i prefer online armor o comodo firewall, i cant use this?? because in history norton blocked online armor.exe....
