Struggling to activate ANTIVIRUS on second laptop - have tried all the support pages!

I expect that this is a common problem, but

 

I renewed a trial version of Norton ANTIVIRUS with a full version (in Sep 2010).

 

Now trying to download ANTIVIRUS onto a second laptop.

 

I cannot locate either the PRODUCT KEY (to email Customer Support) or ACTIVATION KEY (to activate the second laptop). My account status tells me that I am entitled to protection for 3 PCs and have 216 days of valid subscription.

 

Following the FAQ / support pages keep taking me around in circles !
