Subcription Key/activation code

i just renew my subcription for Norton Internet Security 4.0 for Mac for 1 year Protection. I purchase on line (Nordton Store HK), and yet I dont receive the code.

 

Last year I received the Product Key/Subscription Key/Activation Code together with the order details. Why I did not receeived yet ?

Have you checked your email account including spam folder?

 

Have you checked mynortonaccount.com for the product key?

It may be different with the Mac products but by renewing, you do not actually get a new product key. The days are added to your current subscription.

can anyone guide me, i bought today internet security for mac 5 and installed it on a mac osx 10.4, previously i had NAV and its expired but still on the hard disk, I installed the NIS without uninstalling the old NAV, is that a problem since i am having trouble with the reg. key and i am lost

on the emailed bill i have a key and its a 25 charachters key but its not working... please somebody help

NIS 5 is an OS X Lion-only product, and can't be installed on earlier versions of the operating system.

 

The 25-character activation code only works for NIS 5, and can't be used for earlier versions of the software.

 

If you're planning to upgrade to OS X Lion, you can install NIS 5 after upgrading, and use the 25-character activation code to start a new one-year subscription.

 

If you're remaining on OS X 10.4 for another year, you'll need an activation code for NIS 4.  You can try contacting customer service for a code, exchange your NIS 5 product for NIS 4, or renew your old NAV subscription.

I am having the same problem.

Why are they complicating things?  They should just keep it to handle the new product key that came in the box.

Everything should have been provided in the new box.

It doesn't make sense.

 

What is the best way to get a hold of customer support?  I tied calling and they put me on hold for an hour and no one is picking up the phone.
