Hi everyone, i am a die-hard user of symantec products but i have a big problem here. I bought an orininal norton 360 product for 3 systems and i first of all installed it on my sisters laptop.I told her to complete the installation and activation process online which she didn`t. Then a week later i installed it on our desktop system at home and created an account for it but the activation and installation process was not complete because our internet connection is slow. Then about 4 days after i installed on my own system, updated it and upgraded it and activated it. When i wanted to confirm on my already existing norton account if my new product was registed online, it was NOT shown there. Meanwhile i saw it on my sister`s norton account probably because it was the first system in which it was installed. However what i am worried about is that instead of my subcription status to start from the normal 365 days, it started from 340 days which is the same status with my sister`s own whereas we didn`t install it on the same date. Also my new product was not shown in my norton account.
PLEASE HELP ME,I CANNOT AFFORD TO LOSE 25 DAYS OF QUALITY COMUTER PROTECTION !
