Submitted False Positives are handled in a bad way, the wrong categories are never getting removed

Dear Community, Dear Norton Support,

My company is running legit adult streaming websites. I am in this industry for more than 20 years now.

Our traffic partners warn us from time to time that different antivirus vendors flag advertisements (actually they flag the ad tracking domains) and this causes us issues with our reputation.

In 2024 all the antivirus vendors replied in a cooperative way and all the submitted False Positives were handled well - except for Norton, where my submissions were mostly rejected, but even when I got an email saying Norton changed the categories per my request, when I check the domain on Safeweb, the same categories show up.

I am having hard time getting a human response to my issues, and this is now causing me significant financial loss and reliability issues with our beloved business partners.

I am desperatly looking for a good advice or for someone at Norton to get in touch with me.
