Subscription cancelation and refund

I want to cancel my subscription. I need a refund. I have been hospitalized and did not or don't remember ordering a year subscription to Norton. I did not know it was opened until I got a paid bill for a year, $121. I believe. How do I cancel and get a refund? I do not want this. Too expensive for 1 android phone.

Good luck getting your refund, as this is how they do business. You will get nowhere with support and they will continue to tell you your refund is coming and keep you going in circles for MONTHS trying to get your money that they never send back. Worst company I have ever dealt with and I can't wait until they are held accountable for their SCAM.

I had the same issue trying to obtain a refund (Australia). The website and online chat was useless and kept looping me back to the same contact page. I ended up going to facebook and searching Norton and sending a message. They also gave me this number in Aus  1800680026. After an hour on the Facebook chat i finally was told I had a refund coming!  I have reported Norton to ACCC as this inability to process a refund and being billed 1 month prior to renewal is not on.  I was also given this link https://www.norton.com/chat which surprisingly just goes to the page that cost me 2 hours of my life!  Good Luck!
