On June 26th, there was a charge on my Visa account for $48.14 for an automatic subscription renewal when my current subscription is not due for renewal until January 2012.
In early July, I tried to get this issue corrected in the chat room, but nothing has been resolved. At that time I was asked several questions - including the last five digits of my Visa account. After delays, I was told that he/she would do some checking and get back with me. But no one has contacted me nor has there been an adjustment on my credit card.
It seems none of the FAQ or example problems fit this situation. And I have not found a phone number or an email address that I can use.
Can someone please advise me?
